A guide bubble is a place-rooted spirit that leads visitors through a venue or area — indoors or out.
1 · Create it
Name your guide and write a short character brief (who they are, their vibe). Claude turns it into a personality — you can fine-tune the prompt anytime in the editor.
2 · Add stops
Tap + Add stop and write each place's commentary — or hit ✦ AI assist to draft it from just the name. Add an insider tip and best time if you like.
3 · Indoor or outdoor
Outdoor: walk to a spot and add a stop, or use 📍 Walk & drop to place stops live on a map.
Indoor: turn on Indoor guide and upload a floor plan. Then switch between:
• Stops — tap the plan to place a waypoint.
• Paths — tap to drop walk-points and connect them (connect your stops too — routes then end exactly at them; branches are fine).
• Checkpoints — marked spots visitors stand on to align AR. Add at least two: the second locks the direction perfectly.
• Real width — enter the floor plan's real-world width so AR is to scale.
4 · Program & schedule
Import the event program from a CSV/XLSX (times, titles, presenters, descriptions per stop) — or add and edit sessions directly on any stop (Edit stop → Program). Visitors ⭐ what interests them, get a personal plan, and are told when it's time to head over.
5 · Personality & learning
Tweak the personality prompt and Save. Turn on Learn from visitors to let their shared notes gently enrich what the guide knows; leave it off to keep its authored voice.
6 · Team, publish & share
Invite co-editors by email in the Team section. Check the Ready to publish list, Publish, then copy the link or print the QR placards. Visitors open it on their phone (chat, map, program, AR) — or in a headset for the full guided experience.
